Secured hotel in a beautiful area adjacent to shopping centers for dinning, very many restaurants like Carl's Jr, Buffalo Wild Wings, Burger King, McDonald's and KFC as well as iHoP and a main avenue. Breakfast with fruits and continental fare, as for instance. Covered pool, parking close to the venue. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

The breakfast spread offered a good variety, especially the chilaquiles and fresh fruit, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The mall's proximity made it easy to explore local dining options and shopping. The swimming pool was a nice way to relax with the kids, with a fun experience for the whole family.

beds and pillows were super comfortable and looked clean, service at the reception and maintenance guy was excellent. breakfast was very tasty, however if you are going to stay many days as was my case, I recommend breakfast in toks sometimes, staff friendly and accessible,

Lack of hygiene on the part of the maid, basically on the floor, she didn't sweep very well or clean the tables and desk well, because she found the same stain of coffee that she had left, if she changed the beds with clean sheets and towel, and was kind enough to put two bottles of water, since they only put one. Flew in late and needed to stay one night in Monterrey. Got a comfy big room on the fourth floor. Super staff, and the breakfast was excellent. Really good selection of food. Priceworthy to 100%.

Clean, secured hotel, I loved well-kept rooms and helpful staff. The setting of property was excellent, on a main avenue. Cafe Sherbrooke Coffee&tea was located 15 minutes walk away...

For the price paid per night, I expected better attention to cleaning and room maintenance!!! The outdated decor is a turn-off, and the TV channel selection could really use an upgrade!!!
